I work in BP for 4 years plus, actually i cant learn any new thing. For me my job scoop is billing, handle a inactive ac, handling those driver arrangement, n issuing cheque.
Work here for 4 year, i cant learn much thing. Wat i learn is all basic thing. Im very pro wif those biiling thing, like issue invoice, statement, credit/debit note n issue official receipts. But all using my company owe software. If go out tis really a useless.
I think clearly is really a time for me to chance a work. So recently i really very busy find job and attend interview. Almost those big factory in ipoh i had went to interview, but all also unsucessfull. It is bcause my salary too high and my knowledge is all very basic only althought i have 4 years xperience.
Recently i get a job offer which is base in kl.. They offer me RM 2k/month n include accomodation n parking fees. Office is in tropicana mall there n my place to stay in kota damansara. 5 day work only. Working hour is 8.30 am till 6.30 pm.
I really dono wanner accept tis job or not. I feel very fan.. My salary in BP is RM 1.8k add in all my alowance. RM 1.8k in ipoh i also can save any money. If i go kl can i get to save money ?
In kl RM 2 k enought for me to use ? I still have to pay my car loan. I really dono how..
Bside tat if i go kl work.. i need to left my grandparent here. I dono i can do it or not ...
haiz .. actually i really wish to go kl work cause i wanner cc the world. i dont wan to be a 'Katak bawah tempurung'. I wanner learn learn berdikari..
I dono wat to do.. Can u all advise me should i accept tis job or not ....

rm2k....wah...very low for 4 yrs experience...i believe u hv been underpaid.
btw, to survive in tropicana mall...and u got a car loan...very tight...unless ur rental is bout 200-300 a month.....with this, u cant save much...
since u wanna berdikari...u can work at KL...and find a better offer and change job....
SM, I'll say take the KL offer. Since 4yrs in BP and you basically never pick any skills up also. So even if you stay there for another 4yrs, you cannot demand for much in KL cos you dont have the expertise they want.
With accomodation and parking provided, stay with that company for a couple of months. Pick up whatever good skills that the new company can offer you. Then after that, switched to another company. Like that you can demand more lor.
First few months with 2k, its going to be very very tight. Probably no savings at all. But its also a stepping stone for you in a big city liao. See BP also never equipped you with the skills needed to survive outside of that company. It's pretty much a dead road already.
